For example, when you request a demo call, we may use your phone number to initiate the requested call.

1.3 Voice Calls

When you use Deskly's AI receptionist or request a demo call, we may process information associated with the call, including:

  • Caller and recipient phone numbers
  • Call date and time
  • Call duration
  • Audio recordings, where recording is enabled
  • Speech and voice data
  • Call transcripts
  • AI-generated summaries
  • Information provided during the conversation

Deskly may use third-party telecommunications and AI providers, including Retell AI, to provide these services.

Information you or a caller voluntarily provides during an AI conversation may be processed by Deskly.

You should not provide highly sensitive information through a Deskly demo call unless specifically requested by the business using the Services.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Deskly does not guarantee that AI-generated transcripts, summaries, responses, or other outputs will always be accurate or complete.

Deskly may record and/or transcribe calls depending on the configuration of the Services.

If you use Deskly to communicate with your customers or other individuals, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to call recording, interception, consent, disclosure, and telecommunications.

Certain jurisdictions require consent from one or more participants before a call may be recorded.

You are responsible for providing any notices or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Deskly provides technology for call recording and transcription but does not provide legal advice regarding recording or consent requirements.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate Deskly.

These providers may include:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Database providers
  • AI model providers
  • Voice and telecommunications providers
  • Speech recognition and text-to-speech providers
  • Authentication providers

For example, Deskly may use Retell AI to provide voice AI and telecommunications functionality. These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to Deskly.

Deskly allows users to create or access accounts using Google Sign-In.

Unless Deskly has expressly entered into a written Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") with you, Deskly is not offering its Services as a HIPAA-compliant service and you should not use Deskly to process Protected Health Information ("PHI") subject to HIPAA.

You are responsible for determining what information you may lawfully submit to Deskly.

10. Children's Privacy

Deskly is intended for businesses and business users.

Our Services are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
